We scoped this place literally for weeks, not quite sure it was abandoned. There were no boards or broken windows, and the house was less than 20 feet from its neighboring house, making it difficult to check it out up close. Finally one rainy night Skwatting Dawg and PunkUE went and got up close enough to finalize what we had thought all along. A scale up the garage and a kicked in door later and we were in.
